Deposit Process

Users can deposit funds into their Kazmota account to subscribe to paid plans. Deposits can be made using the available payment methods listed on the platform, which may include bank transfer, digital wallets, or cryptocurrencies. After the payment is verified, the amount is credited to the user’s account balance within 3 to 10 minutes.


Deposit Verification

All deposits are manually verified to ensure authenticity and accuracy. Users must upload the correct payment proof or transaction ID for verification. Incomplete or incorrect payment details may delay approval. Kazmota reserves the right to reject deposits that appear fraudulent or suspicious.


Plan Subscription

Once a deposit is confirmed, users can subscribe to any available plan according to their balance. Each plan offers different ad rewards and benefits. When a user upgrades or downgrades their plan, the newly selected plan becomes active immediately, and the previous plan is replaced.


Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are processed based on the user’s available earnings balance. All withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 2 to 12 hours. Users must ensure that their payment details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request. Kazmota is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect addresses or accounts provided by the user.


Withdrawal Methods

Kazmota supports multiple withdrawal methods, including bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency transactions. The availability of methods may vary by country or region. Withdrawal limits and fees, if any, are displayed on the withdrawal page before submission.


Transaction Security

All payment transactions on Kazmota are encrypted and verified to protect users from unauthorized access or misuse. Kazmota does not store sensitive payment details such as full bank card numbers or wallet private keys. Users are responsible for keeping their account and payment information confidential.


Failed or Delayed Transactions

In rare cases, deposits or withdrawals may experience delays due to banking system downtime, third-party service issues, or network congestion. If a transaction remains pending beyond the normal processing time, users should contact support with proof of payment or transaction ID for investigation.


Refunds

Kazmota does not generally offer refunds once a deposit has been used to activate a plan. Refunds may only be considered if the transaction was made in error, duplicated, or failed to credit due to a verified technical issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Kazmota reserves the right to update or modify this Payment Policy at any time to comply with financial regulations and improve service efficiency. Any changes will be published on the official Kazmota website and take effect immediately upon posting.
